09ok Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "09ok" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://09ok.im and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 09ok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 09ok registration process.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the 09ok platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available to Players by 09ok at its discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be bet before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or behaviour described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the 09ok platform.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, and features made available through the 09ok platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the 09ok platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference — such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 09ok platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 09ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 09ok operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly allow any individual under 21 to hold an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and when accessing the platform's services.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf as a natural person. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or automated entities is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether self-imposed through 09ok's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory or legal authority — that restricts your participation in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use 09ok.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the 09ok platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any one individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 09ok uses technical and manual processes to detect multi-accounting, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be immediately suspended.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. 09ok will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity conducted via your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential at all times.
• 09ok reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal, at any point after registration, or at any time it deems appropriate.
• Accepted identity verification documents include national identity card (NID), passport, and driving licence. Additional supporting documents such as utility bills or bank statements may be required for address verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 09ok platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 09ok does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank)

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 09ok wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank card may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. 09ok does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 09ok accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification as described in Section 4. 09ok reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

09ok reserves the right to impose temporary withdrawal limits during periods of investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, 09ok will communicate the reason for any hold to the account holder via email within 48 hours of applying the restriction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

09ok offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on the 09ok platform unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified 09ok account in good standing.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses that are granted in error may be revoked by 09ok at any time prior to the wagering requirement being met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired, unwagered bonuses will be automatically removed from the player's account balance.
• Free spins are credited to specific games as designated by the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms.
• 09ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it is reasonably necessary to do so — for example, where technical errors, system failures, or abuse are detected.
• Bonus winnings converted to real-money balance after meeting wagering requirements are subject to the standard withdrawal terms in Section 5.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 09ok platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet or participating in any game. The following general rules apply across all 09ok betting and gaming products:

• Bets are accepted and settled in BDT. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 09ok platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network interruption during an active bet or game session, 09ok will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session and settle the outcome fairly. Where restoration is not possible, bets affected by confirmed technical faults may be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds published on the 09ok sports betting section are indicative and may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted and settled.
• All casino games on 09ok use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers. Published RTP (return to player) rates for all slot titles are accurate to the values provided by the game developer. 09ok does not modify or interfere with the RNG or RTP settings of any game.
• Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed additionally by the rules of the respective provider. In the event of a discrepancy between 09ok's general rules and a provider's specific game rules, the provider's game rules prevail for that specific game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 09ok platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits.
• Money laundering — using 09ok to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing, disguising, or legitimising the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one 09ok account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Automated betting or scripting — using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting any technical glitch, software bug, or system error to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not legitimate and will be confiscated.
• Underage gambling — registering or attempting to use the 09ok platform while under the age of 21.
• Circumvention of self-exclusion — attempting to register a new account or access the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 09ok platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game assets, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 09ok or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 09ok platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, transmit, display, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 09ok.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, the applicable statutory protections shall apply, and the above limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13 Termination

09ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

In the event of account closure by 09ok due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Where account closure is not related to a breach (for example, where 09ok ceases to offer services to a particular jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 09ok support. Requests for voluntary account closure are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed.

14 Amendments

09ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 09ok will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 09ok platform after the Effective Date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the 09ok platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online services in the jurisdiction in which 09ok operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 09ok shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution process as determined by applicable law.

09ok operates as a safe and reliable online platform applying industry-standard SSL encryption, fair play certification for all games, and transparent operational practices. 09ok does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction beyond where it is authorised to operate, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
